Robert Sapolsky is an American neuroendocrinologist and author who is currently a professor of biology, and professor of neurology and neurological sciences and, by courtesy, neurosurgery, at Stanford University. In the short presentation below, he explains how the three regions of the brain that have to do with survival, emotions and thought interact with each other and how they shape our behaviour. It is upon those same principles that many of our techniques and protocols on stress management and food behaviour healing are based. Eight minutes of your time, well worth spending!
