Personal Coaching Program

This is the full-fledged version of our coaching offerings. All techniques, protocols, and strategies are available for exploration, based on the principles of Dynamic Eating Psychology & Mind Body Nutrition. This program is fully customized and adjusted to the specific circumstances and the unique needs of each individual. The way it works is that we meet once a week, either in person or online, for one hour.

Three-month intensive group course

The three-month intensive group course focuses on some of the fundamental principles that are part of the Personal Coaching Programme. Each weekly session covers one of these areas and offers practical ways to put them into work for us.

This course offers educational value and coaching techniques; it is loosely based on a seminar form, but adequate time is allocated in order to attend the individual circumstances of the team members. There are practical home assignments that will help you familiarize yourself with the techniques. Written notes are distributed after each session by email.


Seminars usually have a duration of 8 to 9 hours, which are covered in two or three meetings. The 11 basic principles of Mind-Body Nutrition are thoroughly presented, written notes are distributed and assignments are given out. Although we’re open to discussion and we do have some Q&A sessions in the seminars, the structure of the programme intends to give a very rich but high-level overview of the concepts and does not allow for deep analysis of individual issues.

Corporate Lectures and Seminars

We organize and offer specialized lectures, series of seminars and personal coaching sessions for the corporate environment, with regard to our unique and ground-breaking approach to challenges with general health, well being, energy levels, weight, and mood. These types of services are particularly popular with corporate HR departments, busy executives, yoga studios, gyms, dance schools, educational organizations, etc.
