Robert Sapolsky is an American neuroendocrinologist and author who is currently a professor of biology, and professor of neurology and neurological sciences and, by courtesy, neurosurgery, at Stanford University. It is upon those same principles that many of our techniques and protocols on stress management and food behaviour healing are based. Eight minutes of your time, well worth spending!
